  • Mugs With Issues is a small handmade ceramics brand created by Sonia in the Blue Mountains, Australia.

    Born from a love of clay, humour, and beautifully flawed humans, each piece is handmade in small batches and designed to feel personal, comforting, and a little too relatable.

    Made to hold your morning coffee, your late-night overthinking, and everything in between.

  • We do not accept returns on unwanted items or change of mind purchases. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, provided the damage was not caused by the consumer.

    1. Email us at mugswithissues@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

    2. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

  • for custom mugs, please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.

    all other pieces will be shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. 

  • our pieces are handcrafted from stoneware and mid-fired at 1220°C for durability. They are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend gentle hand washing in warm water to help preserve their longevity.
